  A  70 year old male with burning micturition ,pedal edema and fever July 26,2021 Kundana Kanumilli,MBBS 3rd semester Roll no:60 Under the guidance of Dr.Arun (intern) I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis” to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan.    This is an e-LOG depicting patient's de-identified data centered approach for learning medicine. This log has been created after taking consent from  patient and his family.
